GX10 - Top-down furling system, complete with 22 m ø11 mm AT-cable

The traditional GX system, launched in 2012, remains available today as a cost-effective basic system for top-down furling of asymmetric spinnakers.

Compared to the newer CXr models with the additional Tack-swivel adaptor, this first-generation top down furler feature a smaller drum diameter and do not include a ratchet function. The smaller drum results in slightly heavier furling, but also allows for faster operation.

The GX furlers feature the patented line-lock for the AT-cable as opposed to the Nail-terminals used for the newer range.

The interaction between the drum and the line is excellent, ensuring smooth performance. Sealed steel bearings and stainless steel construction for all structural components contribute to its durability.
