Items Requiring a Shipping Quote
Due to some products' length or handling requirements, shipping for certain items is arranged manually to find a suitable and cost-effective solution.
To request a shipping quote, email ecom@seldenmast.co.uk with your delivery address. We will respond within 1–2 working days. You are under no obligation to proceed until you have accepted the quote.
Collection from Factory
You may collect orders free of charge from our factory in Gosport. This option is available at checkout.

Dispatch Timeframes
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Out of Stock and Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. You may choose to wait, or cancel your order for a full refund. Where an order contains multiple items, we will hold the full order until all items are available unless you request otherwise.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information may be charged to you.
Failed Delivery, Refused Shipments, and Uncollected Goods
If a shipment is refused, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect address, you remain responsible for all resulting costs. These costs may include:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Carrier fees
- Administrative costs
These costs may be deducted from any refund.
Damaged Shipments
You must report damaged goods within 7 working days of delivery.
Partial Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments.
