Return Policy

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery.

Before returning anything, please contact us to receive a Return Authorisation number. This number must be included inside your parcel. Returns received without a valid Return Authorisation may be delayed or refused.

To request a return, email us at ecom@seldenmast.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 2 working days.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Conditions

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In resaleable condition

You may inspect goods as you would in a retail store.

If returned goods show signs of use, installation, or damage beyond inspection, your refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. In such cases, goods may be returned to you at your expense.

You remain responsible for returned goods until they are received and accepted by Seldén Mast Ltd.

Return Costs

You are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods unless goods are defective or supplied in error. This includes:

  • Return shipping
  • Carrier handling charges
  • Administrative costs

These costs may be deducted from your refund. If return-related costs exceed the original purchase price, you remain liable for the difference and may be required to pay such costs before goods are released or refunded.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned goods are received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective Goods

Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with UK consumer law.

Return shipping costs for defective goods will be reimbursed.

Oversized Goods Returns
